What are TUFFA™ Tags?
TUFFA™ Tags are high quality tags that have multiple applications. TUFFA™ Tags are far stronger than usual paper or synthetic tags as they are ultra tear resistant. They come in a range of colours and features plus we can custom make any shape, size and colour.
What material are the Tuffa Tags made from?
TUFFA™ Tags are made from a very strong and durable Raptor Polypropylene.
How strong are your tags?
Very strong. TUFFA™ Tags are ultra-tear resistant, water and UV resistant, impervious to oil, grease and most chemicals.
How many colours do the Tuffa Tags come in?
We have a standard range of 14 Colours. Clear, White, Yellow, Orange, Burgundy, Red, Pink, Blue, Genesis Blue, Green, Bottle Green, Grey, Charcoal Grey, Silver Ghost, Black.
Who does the design for the tags?
Clients are able to submit their artwork in print ready PDF however we recommend our designers as they are highly skilled and have experience in creating the perfect tag. We include the design cost in the final quote.
Can I write on the tags with a ballpoint pen?
We don’t recommend it. We have found that pen ink comes off too easily and does not provide the high levels of strength to match the tag. We recommend a good-quality permanent marker that is UV resistant.
Are the tags flammable?
No. The tags will melt at 160-165°C.
Where can you ship to?
Tuffa Tags are used around the world and we are able to ship our goods anywhere.
Are the tags water resistant?
Yes! They are also UV Resistant, Chemical Resistant and Tear Resistant.
Can we have our logos printed on the Standard Range of Tags?
Yes. There would be a small design fee however. Please email us a High Res PDF, EPS File or Large JPEG with your logo.
Are Tuffa Tags reusable?
They are however we do not recommend it. They can be cleaned with an alcohol solution or household cleaner. We recommend using a permanent marker and only using each tag once to ensure strength and endurance of the tag.
How long does it take to turn around custom TUFFA™ Tags?
From approval of artwork we can turn around orders in 10 working days. If you have a deadline please let us know and we can try to work towards it.
Can you send me a sample pack in the post?
Yes. Simply email your postage address and we will send out a great sample pack straight away.
